We've turned conventional wisdom on its head to give you a smarter, faster, more efficient way with the TOYOTA ESP9100Net-3 Triple Header networked multihead system.

Conventional multihead machines require all heads to run the same job at exactly the same time. When one head stops for a thread break, they all stop. Imagine starting your next job and you need to change over 4 thread colours, on a conventional 4 head this will take around 15 minutes, on our triple header we change the job over at separate times, therefore reducing downtime. A finished job requires a hoop change on each head at the same time. But there's just no stopping the Triple Header. If one head stops for thread breaks, or hoop changes or anything else, the others keep on going. If one head stops, the others keep on going. Job starts can be staggered. Heads can run at different speeds, up to a fast 1200spm. The bigger your job, the bigger the production advantage for you.

Small runs won't slow you down either. The Triple Header's independently operating heads let you embroider different customer orders simultaneously. You can program each head to get your work done in the most productive and profitable manner. Stitch the front and sides of a cap, a small polo shirt logo, and the biggest jacket design all at once! Conventional multi-heads can't do that either.

You don't have to knock down walls or deal with forklifts or anything else to place it on site. Our big power hitter will roll through a standard doorway completely assembled! And you can network multiple Triple Headers from one computer for the ultimate production plant.

The concept of the X Panta LP was to offer TOYOTA customers the opportunity of embroidering an area of up to 1 metre wide, without going to the expense of purchasing very specialised embroidery units. The X-Panta LP unit was developed closely with our customer requirement feedback.

We are currently supplying the X-Panta LP throughout many countries of the world the type of work the machine undertakes is many and varied. It is fair to say that the following specifications apply; The maximum speed of the machine should be 1000spm and the field size 350mm deep. The fabric type is light to medium weight, this has encompassed many different items from bed linen, quilt covers and pillow cases, sari's, veils and wedding dresses, table cloths and religious costumes.

The BE-1201B-AC single-head embroidery machines are specifically designed for sewing patterns. The editing function has been simplified to cover only those functions which you use most in order to make overall operation easier. All functions can be input from a single control panel, so that operations are easy to understand and simple to carry out. You can embroider a pattern that has already been input simply by selecting the desired pattern from a maximum of 45 patterns.
